What Clients Are Saying

You can't go wrong working with Liz!

Neal and Maria Bond - Realtor.com

My fiancé and I are first time homeowners. We recently bought a home and Liz held our hand and walked us through the procedure from beginning to end. We had our first meeting with Liz and as soon as we sat down we felt comfortable with her. She wanted to get to know us on a personal level which meant that she cared and didn't see us as just a business transaction. We had our hearts set to stay in the Peninsula. We knew it was a far stretch given the market conditions, but we wanted to see if it was possible. Liz immediately told us that it will be difficult, and that we should consider the East Bay for our first home. "There's way more opportunity out there and I've had clients tell me that the commute to the city isn't as bad as you may think". We gave it some thought and decided we'd give the East Bay a chance by just "looking" to see if anything caught our eye. Liz showed us fixed up property and property that needed fixing, to give us an idea in which direction we wanted to go. Did we want a property that was fixed up for us? Or did we want a property we want to fix up ourselves? We really appreciated her input since we knew nothing about the East Bay. There were a few times when we started to feel discouraged, but Liz with her great sense of humor picked us up with laughter and helped us get through it. After a few months of searching, we found a townhome and I remember telling Liz "THIS IS THE ONE!!" And, she made it happen. Liz worked hard to convince the sellers to choose our offer and it worked! Our offer got accepted!!! We were so happy!! Oh, and Liz has a Dream Team on her side too! She uses the same loan officer (Daniel Pryce at Supreme Lending) and escrow officer (Rachel Solidum at Fidelity National Title) for the majority of the transactions she works on and you can see that they all work well together. They worked around the clock to ensure everything went smoothly and that we would close on time. They were in constant contact and always made sure we were in the loop. I can't say enough good things about Liz and her Dream Team! If you ever need a realtor please think of Liz. She will not disappoint!!
